To students interested in applying to Appalachian, the Office of Intercultural Student Affairs offers many programs to help inform multicultural applicants about diversity and multicultural resources on campus.
The Multicultural Student Prospective Day program invites high school seniors from around the state to visit Appalachian for a day and recieve a first-hand view of Appalachian
State. Events include a campus tour, student panels, a chance to talk with current students and faculty/staff, and information on scholarships, financial aid, and the academics here at App State. Applicants attend informative meetings about Appalachian State University as well as fun activities aimed toward encouraging community growth.
